Do you provide free quotes?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all residential and commercial properties. Contact us at (705) 351-1053 or use our online quote form.
What's the difference between seasonal contracts and on-demand service?
Seasonal contracts offer fixed coverage for the entire winter, priority service, and guaranteed availability. On-demand service gives you flexibility with no commitment but is subject to availability.
Why do you use snow blowers instead of plows?
Snow blowers provide superior results without damaging your property. They offer precise snow placement, cleaner finishes, and won't harm your driveway, lawn, or landscaping like plows can.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Nottawa, and surrounding areas in Ontario. Contact us to confirm service availability in your specific location.
Do you offer emergency snow removal?
Yes! We provide 24/7 emergency snow removal services for urgent situations. Same-day service is available when you need rapid response.
How quickly do you respond to service requests?
Emergency requests: Same day. Regular service requests: Within 24 hours. Seasonal contract customers receive priority scheduling.
What type of equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade tractors with high-powered commercial snow blowers. Our fleet is regularly maintained to ensure reliable operation in all winter conditions.
Will your equipment damage my property?
No! Our snow blower-only approach prevents property damage. Unlike plows, snow blowers won't scrape or damage your driveway, harm grass, or disturb landscaping.
How long are seasonal contracts?
Seasonal contracts typically run from November through March (5 months) but can be customized based on your needs and local weather patterns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and e-transfer. Seasonal contract customers can set up monthly billing for convenience.
Can I cancel my service?
Per-service customers can cancel anytime. Seasonal contract cancellations depend on the specific contract terms. Contact us to discuss your situation.
How much snow needs to fall before you come out?
We typically service properties when 2+ inches of snow has accumulated, but this can be customized based on your preferences and contract terms.
Do you work during storms?
Yes! We work throughout major snow events to keep properties accessible. Our emergency service is available 24/7 during severe weather.
How to Park for Snow Removal
Proper vehicle parking ensures efficient snow removal and protects your property.

✓ Correct: Side by Side
Park vehicles side by side, tucked tight to the house side. This allows maximum clearance for snow removal equipment.

10 Feet from Landscaping
Maintain at least 10 feet of clearance from bushes, trees, and shrubs to allow proper snow blowing access.

10 Feet from Accessories
Keep at least 10 feet of clearance from basketball nets, play equipment, and other driveway accessories.

✗ Avoid: Staggered Parking
Don't stagger cars behind each other. If you must park behind one another, keep tight to one side for clearance.
